Could you perform this simple query?

`INSERT INTO `toolserver`.`language` (`lang` ,`english_name` ,`native_name`)
VALUES ('szl', 'Silesian', 'Ślůnski');`

Until we get a new `Names.php` into the database, I'd like to have the Silesian
entry as a quick fix for my no interwiki tool.

About the `Names.php`... Could someone do the import of this file contents into
the `toolserver.language` table anytime later? I am eager to use the updated
language names, and since it's not updated, my tools do not work properly.
(They do not show every wiki database they should, just like in the Silesian
Wikis' example presented above.)
