Improve (may be by re-writing) **`panel.py`** the main bot status info script.
Add more professional tools (and look) by
* using RRDtool (look at `rrdtool_test.py`)
* rewriting the HTML templates (may be use Cheetah)
* cleaning up the code
* ...
