Discuss with other bot people and users of MailerBot if it makes sence to
develop and use it further. May be it can just mail the latest page RSS results
to users that request this. But to be honest I think this bot (part) is of no
further use... So kill it, document the RSS alternative and re-use the created
mailing code (in framework).
