Introduce a parameter to adjust, configure or apply a test to be able to better
adjust the update frequency or the days on which data are updated.
This is e.g. needed for:
* Vorlage:Elo-Punkte
* may be Vorlage:Wechselkursdaten/EZB too (e.g. weekly)
