In Special:AbuseLog, entries caused by private filters currently don't show
diff links if the user is unable to view private filter details. Since the
username, page being edited, and timestamp are all revealed even for private
filters, it is easy to figure out which diff triggered it (if any). This would
just be a timesaver for patrollers rather than leaking any information.
