I updated

MediaWiki:Recentchanges-legend-newpage/th] in translatewiki one month ago.
Special:Recentchanges, which retrieves the message at
[https://git.wikimedia.org/blob/mediawiki%2Fcore/2fb4181ad422ec117508e67c29fad7e6a7dbb570/includes%2Fspecials%2FSpecialRecentchanges.php
line 678], of Thai Wikipedia in
[https://th.wikipedia.org/wiki/พิเศษ:ปรับปรุงล่าสุด?uselang=en English
language] displays correctly as it should. However, that page in
[https://th.wikipedia.org/wiki/พิเศษ:ปรับปรุงล่าสุด?uselang=th Thai language]
still retrieves the old message despite the message which was successfully
[https://git.wikimedia.org/blobdiff/mediawiki%2Fcore.git/0796cf27906b539cd24392d9ad2cd000b73df9ac/languages%2Fmessages%2FMessagesTh.php
updated].
In other words, everything was really updated
