For example Site CSS and JS was disabled for a security related reason.

The rest mostly because there's really no reason for 99.9999999% of users to
know it even exists, never mind actually visit or try and use it for anything.

There's nothing that can/should be doing at the wiki. It serves exists mostly
for technical reasons. If we had allowed editing, we'd would've had a spam of
people creating their userpages, personal JS and CSS etc. has some of the related
