The entity stubs in the wbUsedEntities JS config var provided by EntityView
must provide labels etc in the correct language for the current user.
Once Iacd00a3aa3d48b5 caches the used entities with labels in all languages in
the parser cache, we need to filter these labels again before populating
wbUsedEntities in the output page, to avoid sending many MB of useless data
embedded in the HTML.
