Requesting http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/HtmlBuilder returns an error "Die
Version 0 der Seite namens „HtmlBuilder“ ist nicht vorhanden." Normally either
the page content or the page creating page should always be shown when
requesting a title and not a revision.
On replication databases (toolserver and toollabs) an entry in page table
exists with "0" in page_latest column.
Please delete this invalid row on page table.
