Presently extensions installed via Composer are automatically and imperatively
invoked. Currently there is no mechanism to install an extension via Composer
but to prevent it from being invoked. This is specifically a problem in a
farmed environment with a single codebase for multiple wikis which have
different configurations. It will be a nice feature have means to break
autoloading via LocalSettings.php
