Changed file separator for UseModWiki's new file system
If UseModWiki's New File System is used ($NewFS = 1; # 1 = new multibyte $FS, 0
= old $FS) then the field separator should be $wgFieldSeparator =
"\x1E\xFF\xFE\x1E"; instead of "\xb3".
