When a new page is created with a blanked comment field, the response to a
list=recentchanges query will contain a "comment" field with an empty value,
while the response to prop=revisions (for the same revision) will not contain a
"comment" field at all. I believe this inconsistency should be removed or be
noted in the documentation.
