The current WD implementation means the langlinks table is only updated after
an edit has occurred on the wiki -- which renders this report basically
useless, as categories are not edited regularly.
Possible solutions include
- adding a purge link -- but the purge has to be implemented on the tsreports
side because ?action=purge does *not* purge the langlinks table,
- directly using the wikidata tables
