The linkinserter already fixes external links with ] in them, but equal fixing
is needed if there are also [ in the links. This shows easily by trying to
insert the following link. (btw. if some elements of a query string are
required to be encoded, it's probably better to encode all of them (including
possible
http://www.jamestown.org/programs/gta/single/?tx_ttnews[tt_news]=34838&tx_ttnews[backPid]=412&no_cache=1
