NewUserMassage's welcome message doesn't highlighted the talk label
(id='pt-mytalk') by orange alarm.
for example:
Please make an account in fa.wikipedia.org after few second NewUserMassage will
leave a Welcome message on your talk page but the talk label (id='pt-mytalk')
doesn't highlight in orange.
The case 1 in attached image should be like case 2 which is highlighted the
talk label with new massage by other users
