The webserver should listen on http and https for the host names:
- www.toolserver.org
- toolserver.org
- stable.toolserver.org
- ortelius.toolserver.org
- wolfsbane.toolserver.org
Default redirect should be [[meta:Toolserver]] where information on what
Toolserver was, Labs is and where stuff moved (or a shrine :-)) may be set up.
I had thought about setting this up in Tools itself, but WMF already has
infrastructure in place for redirects and inter alia certificate handling will
be much easier the standard way(TM).
