The player for audio and video shows the current time, but not the total time.
Especially for audio where there is no slider (bug 54370) the user doesn't know
how long the media file is until it's finished. The default audio/video players
in Firefox and most other browsers do show the total length, so it seems quite
natural to add it to the TMH player, too.
