Currently, any internal link inside of a book in PDF generated by Collection
will point to the source wiki. Instead, they should point to the PDF itself, if
the target page is also part of the same collection (which is very common in
case of Wikibooks, where a chapter often links to another chapter, and all
chapters of a book are in the same collection).
