Edits made to the TimedText namespace are marked as unpatrolled on the recent
changes special page, but they cannot be patrolled once you view the specific
diffs (there's no 'Mark as patrolled' button visible).
I can think of three ways of fixing this:
* (1) either make it possible to patrol edits in the TimedText namespace, or
* (2) exclude edits made in that namespace from the patrolling feature or
* (3) do not show the red exclamation mark next to such edits.
