Steps to reproduce:
1.Open a page with VE
2.Insert a template like Cite web
3.Select the parameter URL
4.Add a value in this field like http://yahoo.com
5.Now select this text from right to left
6.Mouse up just a little beyond the borderline between left panel and right
panel
Observed Result:
The parameter on the right panel gets switched to the next parameter which is
"Source Title"
