--- Comment #38 from Isarra <zhoris...@gmail.com> --- ShoutWiki uses a thing we call themes, which are basically distinct styles of existing skins - usually different colour schemes or what have you, such as a dark theme for vector, a bright flowery theme for monaco, etc. But there hasn't really any good way to do this in general, besides the skin.css on the site itself. until quite recently. LESS opens up some doors for potentially adding built-in support for skin theming... Point is, this is probably what you'd want to use for this - a Wikimedia theme for whatever the default skin is.
