Intention:
Remove a line that appears in the last section of a page, underneath a section
that has an unclosed/unpaired {{refbegin}} template.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?oldid=592187387 in VisualEditor.
2. Try to select anything after the ==Bibliography== section, e.g., anything in
the ==External links== section.
Actual Results:
The cursor knows only two positions: before the refbegin template, and in the
slug at the bottom of the page. You can't select or edit anything in between.
