That suggests this is an edit conflict. Bug 60363 has the dberror.log entry, as it says deployment-bastion:/data/project/log/dberror.log contains 16 very similar entries complaining Duplicate entry for key 'flow_revision_unique_parent' in `flow_revision`, e.g. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
