Steps to reproduce:
1.Open a page with VE
2.Select a reference note or a text and open the gallery inspector or a Link
inspector
3.Close the inspector and go to the next line
4.Again go to Insert>Gallery or Open the link inspector
Observed Result:
The inspector opens up with an animation from left to right
