Intro.js (used by Persian Wikipedia) has a feature where you can highlight the
target/attached element. You can see this by going to
https://fa.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=%DB%8C%DA%A9_%D9%85%D9%82%D8%A7%D9%84%D9%87_%D9%86%D9%85%D9%88%D9%86%D9%87&withJS=MediaWiki:Intro-run.js
and clicking the next button (right-facing arrow).
If we add this, we should consider whether to do it in all cases (probably best
for consistency, but it might not work well always).
