then you can link to it like this: [[Foo#Bar]].
If a translation, e.g. [[Foo/xx]] has translated "== Bar ==" as "== Something
else ==" then the text will look something like this:

It would be useful to make [[Foo#Bar]] automatically point to
[[Foo#Something_else]], if it is feasible.
