1. Load some collection (e.g. go to the URL above)
2. Notice the "Save collection" button is disabled
3. Type anything in the "Title" field or in the "Subtitle field", or change the
option in the "Paper size" selection box, or "Sort alphabetically", or "Clear
collection" + "Create a chapter".
Expected result
4. The "Save collection" button should now be enabled
