I think the ".m" in mobile URLs (i.e.
<https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Main_Page>) is ugly. I think we should kill it
(render it unnecessary) and simultaneously ensure that mobile can be specified
with a URL parameter (e.g., ?useskin=mobile).
