When purging a list of titles with the generator param of action=purge, no
query continue is provided to allow going to the next batch of titles to purge.
This makes the generator mode not helpful on a fix list of titles, only when
the titles to purge will go from the generator module (using forcelinkupdate on
a list of backlinks from a changed wikilink in a template) it is useful,
because it can be resubmitted over and over until the list is empty or it
content does not changed.
