Currently we just have a single 'entry' for Chinese - which happens to be
traditional chinese. No way to get to Simplified chinese. We should offer two
choices instead - Simplified and Traditional chinese, separately.
This should be in the language list in both the settings screen and in the 'in
other languages' screen
