A file which was formerly under the name
https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Charlotte_de_Habsburg_no_mirante_da_Quinta_Vigia,_1922.jpg
seems to have vanished from Wikimedia servers after being moved today. The file
was moved to File:Archduchess Adelheid of Austria no mirante da Quinta Vigia,
1922.jpg.
The file is now at
https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Adelaide_de_Habsburgo-Lorena_no_mirante_da_Quinta_Vigia,_1922.jpg,
after being moved again to fix a language issue in the title, as well as to try
to fix the vanished picture.
The former uploaded version gives the error

404 Not Found
The resource could not be found.
Regexp failed to match URI: "/wikipedia/commons/archive/2/2b/"

Before reupload it was giving another, similar kind of 404 which I've not
recorded.
I reuploaded the file to fix it (gladly it was still available at the source),
but apparently this may be some severe situation of database corruption.

also seems to have vanished, and when you enter it you get "File:Archduchess
Adelheid of Austria no mirante da Quinta Vigia, 1922.jpg" instead, which
probably is related to the file vanish.
