Add a column to one table used by the Education Program extension, to enable
up-to-date information about the activity of institutions participating in the
Education Program.

All wikis using the Education Program extension (Wikipedias: ar, cs, el, en,
es, fa, he, mk, pt, sv; Wikiversity: de; Wikinews: en; Test: test2wiki,
wikitest-rtl).
