On the german village pump we had the problem, that no edit section links was
shown for a h1 header. With try and error by reduce the wikitext, I came to the
following wikitext, which was break the preprocessor:

The h1 was rendered as a header, but without edit links.
I fixed this by nowiki the {{, because a local bot has also problems with that.
On this diff the left side is the wikitext with the problem and the right side
works:
