toollabs::master defines the private package repository for Tools, on the other
hand there is misc::labsdebrepo which does things in a similar, but not
identical way; the biggest difference being that the latter uses
/data/project/repo, single directory and automatic metadata rebuild, while the
former uses /data/project/.system/deb not to collide with a hypothetical tool
"repo", a directory "tree" split by two architectures and manual metadata
rebuild.
It should be useful to combine those two.
