There is an an option in file modules to load scripts for a specific language
(languageScripts). languageStyles (the same but for CSS) would be useful for
similar reasons.
Specifically, it would allow adjusting a layout for a particular language.
This is suboptimal (it would be better to be fully dynamic), but like
languageScripts it might help in some cases.
