Steps to Reproduce:
1. Log in to translatewiki.net
2. Go to Special:Preferences
Actual Results:
In language settings the text <uls-preference> and
<ext-uls-language-settings-preferences-link>.
Expected Results:
That the actual messages ("Enable the Universal Language Selector", "More
language settings" in english) are displayed.
Reproducible: Always
The same is not true on Wikipedia, but then
<ext-uls-language-settings-preferences-link> is not set to display there
either.
