The script should assemble a directory with at least (for at least Linux, OS X,
and Windows):
* VirtualBox installer
* Vagrant installer
* git bundle of MediaWiki-Vagrant repository
* git bundle of MediaWiki core
Bonus points:
* Debian packages for the apt-cache
* One-click installers (e.g. installs all of the above with a single dmg (bug
60982), deb, or msi).
