All thumbnails, eg [[File:example.jpg|thumb]], are displaying as 220px (which
is the usual wikimedia/mediawiki default, per bug 21117).
If I change my "Thumbnail size" preferences (to 300px for example) at
https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Special:Preferences#mw-prefsection-rendering
then the thumbnails in existing Flow posts do not change accordingly.
The same applies to new posts that I make, or posts that I edit: all thumbnails
are 220px regardless.
