Steps to reproduce: load a page with MultimediaViewer enabled, click on
something in the table of contents, press Esc (do not open the lightbox). The
section anchor will be removed from the URL. This does not happen with MMV
disabled.
This means that some of our event handlers are invoked even if the lightbox is
closed (and even if it has never been opened), which is bad.
