is a redirect on commons, so
http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spezial:Linkliste/Datei:Blason_dpt_fr_Allier.svg
are imagelinks to the same file but they are not listed at the other local
WhatLinksHere-Page.
Would be nice to see all local file usages and not only imagelinks to that file
name like it is working with local (not commons) images already.
