            Bug ID: 61156
Summary: Flow: Additional Moderation-changes should trigger a
                    Notification
           Product: MediaWiki extensions
           Version: unspecified
          Hardware: All
                OS: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: Unprioritized
         Component: Flow
          Assignee: wikibugs-l@lists.wikimedia.org
          Reporter: pandiculat...@gmail.com
                CC: ebernhard...@wikimedia.org, mpinc...@wikimedia.org,

    Classification: Unclassified
   Mobile Platform: ---

If I moderate (hide/delete/suppress) some content, and another editor changes
that moderation (either increases it, or decreases it), then I should get a
Notification.

Eg. I hid this topic, and then another editor restored the topic, but I wasn't
notified.

(I would have been notified if someone had used "undo" or "rollback" on one of
my usual talkpage edits, hence I expect Flow to act in a similar way.)
