It's time to formally begin the process of removing ArticleFeedbackv5 from
Wikimedia wikis. As Steven W. notes (cf.
<http://lists.wikimedia.org/pipermail/ee/2014-January/000879.html>), we'll need
to give some forewarning to avoid surprises. I'll handle the Gerrit change if
someone else can handle notifying the affected wikis (using [[m:MassMessage]],
the mailing lists, etc.). There are also active bug reports requesting
activation of the extension that need to be addressed, if anyone is willing to
help out.
