The ro.wikipedia community has decided to create the template editor right
similar to en.wikipedia (protection level for templates, template editor can
modify protected templates). Additionally, the template editor should also have
the "editinterface" rights that allow them to modify pages in the MediaWiki
namespace.
The initial proposal was opened at
