This will allow us to compare mobile revtags and successful edit save events
from the log (as well as deal with dupes or missing events).

Before deploying this change, it would also be useful to hack the schema and
add a legend for each possible value of the enum in the action field (see for
example: https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Schema:GettingStartedOnRedirect).
