The GWToolset appears broken on the Beta cluster.
Steps:

The page stops after the message (gwtoolset-step-1-instructions-li-4), only
displaying my username.
It should display many more messages, starting with
(gwtoolset-step-1-instructions-2) then
(gwtoolset-step-1-instructions-3-heading) & so forth.
