Currently, {{REVISIONTIMESTAMP}} returns the current timestamp (i.e., the same
as {{CURRENTTIMESTAMP}}) while {{REVISIONTIMESTAMP: {{FULLPAGENAME}} }} returns
the timestamp of the last edit of the page being edited.
