            Bug ID: 61344
Summary: Flow: Clicking "Comment(n)" scrolls to the wrong spot
                    and doesn't expand text area
           Product: MediaWiki extensions
           Version: unspecified
          Hardware: All
                OS: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: Unprioritized
         Component: Flow
          Assignee: wikibugs-l@lists.wikimedia.org
          Reporter: pandiculat...@gmail.com
                CC: ebernhard...@wikimedia.org, mpinc...@wikimedia.org,

       Web browser: ---
   Mobile Platform: ---

If I click "Comments (n)" in the topic titlebar, it currently scroll the text
area to the top of the screen.
It should instead scroll the least amount needed, as the "Reply" links do.

Also, clicking "Comments (n)" doesn't expand the text area (giving the
blue-left-border, and 4-line height). It should.
