Steps to reproduce:
*Go to Special:Upload
*Upload a file that also exists on a shared repo (in my case was testing
commons, using it as a ForeignAPIRepo), but with a different filename.
Screenie says it all. The gallery of the duplicate file has the play button in
the wrong place. Then below it the file description field has a full-sized
thumbnail of the file (1280px wide, although the url of the thumb suggests it
should be only 120px).
