Got a ping via Microsoft about a regression in our Windows 8.1 app; in snap
mode the new Windows 8.1-style search box can overlap with the app title or
article title.
Should be easy-ish to adjust the large-screen size to size the title correctly.
Need to rearrange things on the narrow-screen size.
Assigning to self to tidy this up on my research time, as Win8 app is not a
high team priority right now.
