People across teams are handling Debian / Jar packaging works, we could use a
mailing list to synchronize and exchange best practices regarding Debian / Npm
/ Pip / Gems etc packaging.
I raised the idea after the Amsterdam hackaton in 2013 and forgot about it.
Gabriel revived the idea and would like the creation of a public mailing list
